Dreamforce 2018 is officially underway and thousands of Salesforce community members are gathering in San Francisco to see what’s the latest and greatest in the world’s largest cloud economy. By being able to leverage AI in a world where people are becoming increasingly dependent on and trusting of virtual assistants, harnessing that tool for the workforce is the logical next step.
