The CONNECT Mobile CX Summit Showcased Top Brands

The CONNECT Mobile CX Summit, focused on innovative retail and hospitality brands, came to a close yesterday. Throughout the three day conference, attendees learned how to bolster customer experience from brands like Macy’s and Citi. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with thought leaders throughout the industry, network with other retail brands, and learn about technology solutions made to increase customer engagement.

The summit offered an impressive array of speakers including Mary Hines, Global Head of Rewards for Citi, and Willy Lai, VP of User Experience Design at Macy’s.

McDonald’s, Guess, and Pampered Chef were just a few of the large brands that shared their strategies for customer engagement. Throughout the conference, panels and breakout sessions were held that focused on smaller sectors in retail.

From Lowe’s to Potbelly sandwiches, CONNECT offered visitors the unique experience of learning customer retention tactics from successful brands.
